  • Ironing services

The exact services to be provided will always be agreed before work begins.

3. Service Limitations

Unless agreed in writing, our services do not include:

  • External window cleaning
  • Roof cleaning
  • Gutter cleaning
  • Pressure washing
  • Pest control
  • Mould remediation
  • Hazardous waste removal
  • Any work requiring specialist licences or certification

Should additional work be identified during a visit, we will discuss this with you before carrying it out.

4. Quotations

All quotations are provided free of charge and without obligation.

Quotations are based on the information provided by the customer. If the size, condition or requirements of the property differ significantly from those described, we reserve the right to revise the quotation before work begins.

5. Bookings

A booking is confirmed once a date and time have been agreed by both parties.

We reserve the right to decline or reschedule appointments where circumstances beyond our control prevent us from attending.

6. Access to the Property

Customers are responsible for ensuring that we can gain safe access to the property at the agreed time.

If we are unable to gain access, or the appointment cannot proceed for reasons beyond our control, the appointment may be cancelled and a reasonable charge may apply.

7. Cancellations

We understand that plans sometimes change.

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a reasonable cancellation charge. We understand that genuine emergencies happen and will always aim to apply this policy fairly and reasonably.

8. Payment

Payment is due within the period stated on your invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Commercial customers may be charged statutory interest and reasonable debt recovery costs on overdue invoices in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

9. Cleaning Products and Equipment

Unless otherwise agreed, we provide our own professional equipment and eco-friendly cleaning products.

Where customers request that we use their own cleaning products or equipment, we cannot accept responsibility for their performance or suitability.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing safe access to the property.
  • Informing us of any hazards or fragile surfaces.
  • Securing cash, jewellery, important documents and sentimental items before our visit.
  • Informing us of any special cleaning requirements before work begins.

Additional work requested during an appointment may require additional time and may incur additional charges.

11. Pets

We are happy to work in homes where pets are present.

For the safety of both our staff and your animals, we ask that nervous, anxious or aggressive pets are safely secured while we are working.

Customers remain responsible for ensuring that pets cannot escape while access doors are open during cleaning.

Any damage caused to our equipment by pets may be chargeable.

If an animal presents a safety risk or prevents us from carrying out our work safely, we reserve the right to pause or end the appointment. Charges may still apply where the appointment cannot be completed for this reason.

12. Holiday Let Cleaning

Cleaning time begins at the agreed arrival time.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the property is vacant and accessible when we arrive.

Where departing guests delay access to the property, any delay will reduce the time available for cleaning. We will complete as much of the agreed work as reasonably possible within the remaining booked time.

Additional cleaning time may be available, subject to our schedule, and will be charged at our standard hourly rate.

13. Ironing Services

Items submitted for ironing must be clean and suitable for ironing.

Customers should advise us of any delicate fabrics or special care instructions before collection.

If garments are to be returned on hangers, customers should provide suitable hangers.

Collection and return times will be agreed when booking.

14. Damage

We exercise reasonable care and skill in providing all of our services.

In the unlikely event that damage occurs as a direct result of our work, customers should notify us within 48 hours so that the matter can be investigated promptly.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights that customers have under applicable consumer protection legislation.

15. Health & Safety

For the safety of both our staff and our customers, we reserve the right to refuse or stop work where:

  • Conditions are unsafe.
  • Hazardous substances are present.
  • Aggressive or abusive behaviour is encountered.
  • Access cannot be gained safely.

16. Satisfaction
